Nice place to stay, mostly catera to Mexican Nationals. But if you are not Mexican you are still welcomed

My favorite part was the view from the room I got. Was facing the beach. Overall, it's a good resort for a family vacation. You can easily find a restaurant open throughout the day. Food and drinks were good. Plenty of lounging chars by the poolside. My favorite part was the easy access to the beach. Beautiful location in my opinion. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

This is the best hotel in Mazanillo, I've been there twice and both times I've had a great experience, from time you check in to the time you check out, everything is great. Not to mention the beautiful view from the ocean view rooms, which I recommend, specially the upper floor rooms. Can't wait to go back!

The staff's dedication, from booking to check-out, is top-notch. The rooms are comfortable, the views are stunning, and the amenities are always spot-on. Recently, we were going to host a wedding, down the beach from Tesoro. We wanted to have all of our guests, stay at the Tesoro, for a week all inclusive. The last time we went through the hotel, was a number of years ago. We were a little apprehensive about the musty smell and outdated atmosphere. WELL, to our surprise, the place has been totally updated and absolutely beautifully decorated! We were truly amazed. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. They spoke English and made us feel so welcome. If anyone is wanting to stay on the most beautiful and private beach area, this is the place to be. Warm, sandy, Pacific water to enjoy. Although I've never had to stay in the hotel, because we live down the beach, we have enjoyed the disco. Lots of fun!

This was a truly exceptional stay, thanks to the incredible service from every single staff member to name a few- the managers Martha and Marcos, the buffet and bar staff- Jesus, Torres, Brandon, Apollo, Alfredo, Yesenia and many more. From the friendly and efficient front desk to the housekeeping staff who kept our room spotless, every interaction was positive. Our room was AMAZING, with great views towards the ocean. The restaurant staff went above and beyond, making our dining experience memorable. The buffet was exceptional and had many options for whatever preference you have and the food was tasty. The entertainment scheduled every night was fun and engaging. The performers outdid themselves every time! We have been here multiple times and it is always such a great experience and something we look forward to. Thank you all for your dedication in providing a pleasant and welcoming experience :)

Right from the start, the experience was awesome, the food throuout the day and night, the shows the daily activities it was great. Very friendly staff, the room was great.

What can I say everything about this location is PERFECT. If I would compare this resort equally with another resort I would say Hyatt. The beach was soooo beautiful and ONLY belonged to the hotel which was perfect because I didn't want random people asking me if I wanted to buy stuff constantly. The pool is the perfect size . There were many incredible food options. The hotel employees were so friendly and hardworking. recommend this place to anyone!
